These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of z1xinc.com (the “Site”), operated by Z1X Inc (“Z1X,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site provides general information about Z1X — an outcome-led ServiceNow advisory, implementation, AI-enabled workflow consulting, and organizational change management firm. The Site is informational and does not, by itself, create a consulting relationship, a contract, or any other binding engagement between you and Z1X. Engagements are established only through a separate signed agreement.

Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.
  • Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Z1X or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own informational use, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Submissions and information you provide

When you submit a discovery call request, send us an email, or use a scheduling link, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Our handling of that information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through the Site or by unencrypted email before a written agreement is in place.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services — for example, scheduling tools, form-to-email services, email providers, and analytics. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z1X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, tax, financial, or other professional advice. ServiceNow and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z1X and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Site is limited to US$100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Z1X from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
